LuM Lighting Design worked closely with the owner of this unique house on the shores of White Rock Lake in Dallas. The house is an amalgamation of pre-fabricated units by Modern-Shed connected together to form 3,000 square feet of airy, contemporary space. A separate Modern-Shed unit serves as the garage and yet another small unit serves as a small office. The owner had a growing art collection and future areas for art have accent lighting fixture awaiting the right piece to be placed. Bright, linear light slots define kitchen areas where the owner hosts cooking parties. The pool has playful color changing LED lights uplighting the waterfalls. A pre-set dimming system allows many zones of lighting to be balanced while small, engraved wall keypads minimize wall clutter.
